Handle requests from your assigned accounts, including technical support escalations, billing inquiries, and documentation/enablement requests, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Adapt account management strategies to meet various customer needs efficiently. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they effectively leverage our solutions. Monitor and analyze usage trends to identify renewal risks and promote higher adoption rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams, including support, product, finance, and legal. Who You Are: Customer-focused, always striving to deliver maximum value. Motivated by a career in sales, with a strong interest in advancing within Customer Success. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail. Experience in negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections related to upselling and cross-selling activities. 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, eager to grow a career in Customer Success. Passionate about building long-term, meaningful relationships.
