Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert opportunities for expansion within a small portfolio of existing customers. Manage the full sales cycle for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Enhance customer experience and troubleshoot to ensure long-term adoption and utilization of our products. Work alongside existing customers to identify opportunities for usage expansion and increase loyalty. Collaborate across departments with internal teams (support, product, finance, legal, etc.). Act as an advisor to existing customers to ensure effective utilization of solutions and provide support. Qualifications: A customer-first mindset dedicated to delivering the highest possible value. A desire for personal growth in a hybrid role that combines sales and customer success. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Proven experience in contract terms and successful price negotiations for upsell and cross-sell activities. Ability to multitask and be a proactive self-starter.
