Location: We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to become part of our team at our EMEA headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. Our interns will work on-site from Monday to Thursday and can enjoy remote work on Fridays.

About the Internship:

The Customer Success Team at Okta is dedicated to helping our customers realize their business aspirations through our technology. We serve as the vital connection between Okta’s innovations and our customers’ objectives, fostering long-term value and strategic alignment.

The Okta Customer Success Intern will engage in every phase of the customer journey: onboarding, deployment, product adoption, and renewal. You will acquire practical experience in how a Customer Success professional collaborates with global brands to optimize their results with Okta.

Experience You Will Gain:

Business: Understand the customer journey from initial setup to complete adoption; familiarize yourself with Customer Success concepts such as annual recurring revenue (ARR), return on investment (ROI), and success planning.

Technical: Build expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust; earn your Okta Professional Certification; and implement AI in customer success best practices.

Functional: Enhance your presentation skills for executive audiences; articulate technical concepts effectively; and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn to convey the business value of Okta’s products and solutions through engaging presentations and storytelling.
  • Observe Customer Success Managers to comprehend onboarding strategies, competitive landscapes, and IAM best practices.
  • Understand the Scale Customer Success motion and operational playbook.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Engineering, Renewals, Marketing, and more to drive customer success.
