Qualifications
Responsibilities:Gain experience with programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, and C#. Become proficient with version control systems, particularly Git. Collaborate with implementation partners to deliver optimal solutions. Assist in developing proof of concepts for enterprise-level customers. Work closely with clients to design, build, and deploy complex integrations. Foster strategic relationships with key contacts in major brands. Exhibit excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks/projects effectively. Analyze existing Helpshift implementations, providing insights for enhancements. Master Helpshift's administrative tools, which feature AI products and critical support functions. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction with our products. Continuously refine the onboarding process through improvements in documentation, training, and customer-facing content. Requirements:Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Go, C#, Node.js, and PowerShell. Understanding of technical SaaS concepts, including SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing. Exceptional organizational skills. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles. Strong efficiency focus with a proactive approach to avoiding repeated mistakes. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in G-Suite, with capabilities in data analysis, including pivot tables and complex formulas in Sheets/Excel (preferred). A keen interest in complex systems and problem-solving. Ability to convey information effectively through visual storytelling.
