Key Responsibilities:
Client Advocacy & Problem Solving:
- Be the main contact for high-priority and VIP clients, ensuring top-notch support by swiftly addressing intricate inquiries and issues. (Advanced)
- Act as a mediator for member-related concerns, evaluating client needs and facilitating effective solutions. (Advanced)
- Proactively suggest solutions, set realistic expectations, and provide accurate information regarding client benefits and account navigation. (Intermediate)
- Guide participants on plan features, empowering them to fully utilize benefits and navigate the platform independently. (Intermediate)
Relationship Development & Collaboration:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships within the company through teamwork, focusing on fulfilling the needs of clients and members. (Advanced)
- Represent Ameriflex, embodying the organization's core values and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions. (Advanced)
- Work with internal teams to develop solutions, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and promote best practices to boost client satisfaction and retention. (Intermediate)
Consultative & Data-Driven Support:
- Analyze and interpret data related to VIP accounts, using insights to provide customized support and identify emerging trends in client needs. (Advanced)
- Employ critical thinking to effectively tackle client issues, applying sound judgment in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. (Advanced)
- Continuously assess complex client needs and offer consultative support, providing strategic insights to enhance the overall client experience. (Advanced)
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, safeguarding confidentiality in all client interactions and documentation processes. (Advanced)
