Role overview
The Customer Success Manager - Advertising Solutions is responsible for guiding advertisers through every stage of their journey on OpenAI’s advertising platform. This includes onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing support. The role manages a portfolio of partners, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals while ensuring a positive and responsible experience.
Working at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution, this position collaborates closely with Sales and other internal teams to drive partner growth and improve the advertiser experience.
This role is based in Sydney, Australia. The team follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the office. Relocation assistance is available for new hires.
What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of advertising partners, managing ongoing relationships.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to help them use OpenAI’s ad products effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through increased product adoption and investment.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues and enhance the platform.
- Collect advertiser feedback and insights to help shape product improvements and long-term strategy.
- Help develop scalable processes and best practices to support the growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Background in managing advertiser or agency relationships within a platform, publisher, or adtech setting.
