What You’ll DoOversee the entire customer experience with Antenna and our products, ensuring high levels of engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and equipping them with customized applications or optimal usage of existing Antenna data and products. Identify and drive new use cases and value propositions by aligning customer business objectives with innovative applications of Antenna data. Collaborate closely with the entire commercial team to strengthen customer relationships and execute growth strategies, including monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing concerns. Effectively onboard and support our customers throughout their lifecycle, demonstrating how Antenna can facilitate strategic decision-making. Represent the voice of the customer within Antenna, working closely with the product team to provide timely and comprehensive feedback for new product features while understanding the necessary trade-offs and timelines. Contribute to the development of our customer success playbook, sharing insights to promote best practices for customer adoption and success.
