What you will do
- Support Defence and Intelligence clients by answering questions and resolving issues as they come up
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of jobgether’s solutions
- Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and anticipate potential challenges
- Work to increase satisfaction, retention, and account growth within assigned clients
