Role: Customer Success Manager (Gen AI Workflows)

About the Role:
Your mission is to operationalize Generative AI for enterprise marketing teams. This position is not about handling support tickets; instead, your focus will be on codifying, embedding, and scaling AI workflows utilizing our flagship products: Pencil Pro (Generative AI creative generation) and Share of Model (LLM brand perception & visibility). You will guide clients from sporadic experimentation to widespread adoption, demonstrating how Generative AI can enhance brand-building efforts, making them faster, more efficient, and cost-effective.
