The Role

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Success Manager. This pivotal role will concentrate on implementations and onboarding, guaranteeing seamless transitions from sale to full platform adoption for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete pre-sales and implementation initiatives from inception to launch

  • Craft and implement comprehensive project plans catering to each client's unique requirements

  • Tailor the CorePlan platform to fulfill specific customer needs

  • Execute thorough data migration and validation procedures

  • Design and conduct customized training sessions for diverse user roles

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely and successful deployments

  • Collaborate effectively with our global team to meet customer-specific requirements

  • Establish and maintain project best practices and documentation

  • Offer post-implementation support to facilitate smooth adoption and resolve any challenges

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and health assessments with assigned accounts

  • Work independently while ensuring robust communication with the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, project management, or consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Demonstrated success in implementing complex software solutions

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple implementations concurrently

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
