About the job

Veeam Software is seeking a Customer Success Renewals Representative to join the Inside Commercial team supporting the UK&I region. This position is based in Bucharest, Romania.

Role overview

This role focuses on managing the renewal process for existing customers. The goal is to support ongoing satisfaction and encourage loyalty among clients in the UK and Ireland. Regular communication with customers and internal teams is central to the position.

  • Oversee and coordinate renewal activities for assigned accounts
  • Engage proactively with customers to address questions and ensure a smooth renewal experience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships
