Monitor data risks and vulnerabilities through telemetry and routine touchpoints; perform platform health checks and analyze trends, utilizing the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to track progress. Organize and lead success sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs); evaluate business outcomes and correlate them with product adoption; showcase achieved ROI and potential benefits from additional modules or licenses. Mitigate churn risk by developing proactive protection strategies; serve as an advocate for customers; suggest alternative products or configurations for accounts at risk; initiate CSAT surveys; manage customer case studies. Identify and articulate opportunities for expansion; assess consumption trends; schedule expansion checkpoints either independently or in collaboration with the Account Executive (AE); transform signals into qualified opportunities. Connect adoption recommendations across VDC and adjacent offerings.

About the Role

We are looking for a naturally collaborative and articulate individual who is exceptionally organized, possesses a solid technical understanding of Veeam products, and is driven by enhancing customer success and outcomes. This role requires a blend of soft skills and strong technical knowledge. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work within a pooled Success model to provide broad coverage for customers without a Named Customer Success Engineer (CSE). Your responsibilities will include responding to usage, churn, and expansion triggers from the customer health dashboard to promote adoption, outcomes, and growth for Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) and related offerings within the Veeam portfolio, including Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, Veeam Recovery Orchestrator, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and Kasten by Veeam.
