Qualifications We SeekHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.1–2 years of experience in title processing, customer service, automotive, or administrative roles. Strong knowledge of DMV procedures is highly desirable; state title and registration experience is a significant advantage. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting via phone, email, and in person. Bonus QualificationsExperience with title management software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Knowledge of multi-state title and registration processes. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Notary certification is a plus.

  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for customers seeking updates on title status and fulfillment.
