Join our team as a Customer Support Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in providing global user support for our mission-critical MDO SCI Windows tool. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first responder to customer inquiries, performing triage on issues, accurately reproducing problems, and clearly communicating findings to our development team. You will also monitor error and event logs to ensure proactive support, file bugs in TFS/Rally as necessary, and manage service and server restarts.
In addition to addressing immediate concerns, you will document existing application processes, support issues, and their resolutions in an FAQ. Updating user manuals for the tools will also be part of your duties, helping to enhance the user experience.
