Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer II to enhance our Customer Support Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our global enterprise SaaS platform and our award-winning AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving intricate issues within a distributed system that encompasses backend services, APIs, data platforms, user interface interactions, and AI-driven solutions.
This position requires a robust understanding of cloud fundamentals, including debugging distributed systems, analyzing logs and traces, writing scripts, and swiftly addressing complex backend and frontend challenges. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Quality Engineering, and DevOps teams, playing a significant role in enhancing product quality while building customer trust on a large scale.
