Role Overview

At Maple, when a business partners with us, two key objectives must be achieved:

  1. They must be onboarded swiftly.

  2. They must feel fully supported throughout the process.

This position bridges onboarding and support, where you will:

  • Assist new customers with their initial setup

  • Provide real-time support when challenges arise

  • Think on your feet during unexpected scenarios

  • Respond calmly to inquiries from restaurant owners

  • Communicate effectively with engineering to escalate issues and implement solutions

We are looking for someone who:

  • Adept at quickly gathering contextual information

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity

Your Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients

  • Transform business operations into structured AI configurations

  • Identify and clarify gaps in workflows in real-time

  • Ensure customers launch confidently and promptly

Support

  • Manage inbound support inquiries via phone and text
