Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support to our global clientele across various channels, including Zendesk, social media, and more. Engage users with a friendly and professional demeanor, embodying the voice of Air Apps. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within our iOS applications, identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions. Document and escalate bugs and product issues with clarity and actionable insights. Generate and analyze reports on customer experience metrics and satisfaction levels. Monitor customer feedback trends to inform improvements in product and service delivery.

The Customer Support Specialist role is based onsite at the Paris office. This position centers on helping users make the most of Air Apps products by working closely with teams across the company. Improving customer experiences and ensuring users gain real value from the technology are key goals.
