Act as a liaison between vendors and various departments within Vendormate. Provide comprehensive information regarding products and services to customers. Document call logs and reports diligently. Recognize, document, and report trends in customer calls to supervisors. Propose process improvements to enhance service delivery. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree along with 2-5 years of experience in a customer service/support role, or a relevant combination of education and experience. Familiarity with CRM systems, case management, or support tracking tools is essential.

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a reliable, driven, and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years in customer support. As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to our customers. You will manage and document requests through our Support Center via phone and email, ensuring effective resolution and feedback.

  • Resolve an average of 5.0 cases per hour.

  • Ensure an average login availability of 93.5%.
