RESPONSIBILITIESManage inbound customer communications to deliver timely responses to user inquiries. Effectively handle your workload to guarantee prompt follow-up on all cases. Stay informed on product knowledge and support/engineering processes to accurately identify, scope, and report bugs and requested product enhancements. Meet key performance indicators related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer experience. YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCHProven experience in Customer Support or a related field, demonstrating a history of improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities. Punctual with excellent time management skills. Technologically proficient, detail-oriented, and analytical. Aptitude for translating technical information for a non-technical audience. A quick learner with a passion for mastering new skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Collaborative team player, while also being a self-motivated individual.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for the majority of Qualia users. Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls and emails, delivering training as needed, and assisting in resolving technical issues. You will keep abreast of Qualia’s functionalities and utilize this knowledge to improve customer engagement and troubleshoot reported challenges. Acting as a vital link between our users and Qualia’s internal teams, you will facilitate the smooth flow of information, ensuring effective communication that leads to actionable outcomes for all parties involved. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive customer experience that drives satisfaction and aids in retaining our user base.

This position reports to the Manager of Tier 1 Support. Work shifts are available starting at 8:00 am, 9:00 am, and 10:00 am.
