We are currently seeking a: Customer Support Team Lead for our Pharmacy Business Unit.
The Pharmacy Business Unit focuses on providing software solutions to pharmacies, assisting them in managing their core business operations efficiently while ensuring patient safety. As part of our team, you will work with industry experts and market leaders in primary healthcare.
The Customer Support department is responsible for delivering ongoing support to our clients, both through phone and our online customer portal, from the moment our software is implemented. The team addresses first- and second-line customer inquiries by analyzing issues, asking clarifying questions, and devising (creative) solutions. Queries may include topics such as prescription processing, financial administration, or pharmacy logistics. We keep our clients informed about progress and ensure all commitments are met. Additionally, we oversee software acceptance prior to installation.
As the Customer Support Team Lead, you will:
Lead the Customer Support team consisting of 20 members.
Focus on the development and growth of team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure excellent service that meets the expectations of a 9+ organization.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, customer orientation, empathy, and analytical abilities to clarify client inquiries.
