As a Customer Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients by managing and resolving their technical inquiries and issues related to LightEdge's managed services and internal IT infrastructure. This dynamic position requires you to collaborate across various platforms, including virtualization, backup and recovery, networking, firewalls, and storage solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience. This position reports directly to the Triage and Support Supervisor and works closely with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
