Your Impact
As a Customer Value Manager at Tacto, you will be instrumental in enhancing our customer journey, ensuring an unparalleled product experience. Your responsibilities will encompass the full product management lifecycle, including engaging in expert discussions during our sales process, onboarding new clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Collaborating closely with our sales and product teams, you will help deliver exceptional value and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
Engage with a diverse customer base: Collaborate with manufacturing companies of all sizes, ranging from €20M to €1Bn in revenue, across various sectors such as machinery and food manufacturing, tailoring your approach to meet unique customer needs.
Enable customer excellence: Equip customers to seamlessly integrate Tacto into their operational and strategic frameworks through comprehensive training, best practices, and hands-on support.
Own the commercial relationship: Act autonomously within Tacto, taking full responsibility for customer retention while driving commercial growth in collaboration with our sales team.
Shape procurement strategy: Partner with clients to enhance their procurement processes by leveraging insights and best practices, including category strategy projects.
Deliver tangible cost savings: Work closely with customers to uncover and achieve significant savings and efficiency improvements, supporting them in negotiations.
Be the voice of the customer: Cultivate a deep understanding of our software and collaborate with the product and tech teams to advocate for customer needs, influencing our product roadmap and innovation priorities.
Become AI Native: Actively identify opportunities to utilize AI to enhance your work, experiment with new methodologies, and share successful workflows, contributing to Tacto's culture of rapid execution and innovation.
