Join Our Team as a Cybersecurity Engineer!
We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our cybersecurity measures within Health Affairs. This role involves collaborating with a team to oversee and maintain a variety of cybersecurity systems, including Firewall, WAF, SIEM, AV, EDR, and Proxy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all cybersecurity systems to ensure the integrity and security of Health Affairs.
- Continuously monitor alerts and security incidents to identify potential threats.
- Classify incidents into appropriate categories and respond based on severity.
- Notify system administrators and follow the established incident response plan.
- Escalate incidents according to established procedures and ensure thorough documentation.
- Assist with user requests and resolve related issues.
- Track cyberattacks, gathering intelligence on attackers.
- Develop or update use cases for new systems and applications.
- Analyze cyber events reported by the Cybersecurity Authority.
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans on internal IP addresses.
- Ensure compliance with the National Guard's technical security standards.
- Collaborate with various departments during incident investigations.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing incidents handled.
- Maintain and operate the latest versions of cybersecurity systems in Health Affairs.
- Identify, classify, prioritize, and investigate events collected from various cybersecurity systems.
