Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Program Manager to spearhead Zero Trust initiatives. This role involves developing robust policies, overseeing program execution, and ensuring alignment with federal cybersecurity frameworks. You will monitor assessments, evaluate program performance, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance our security posture and promote the adoption of cybersecurity best practices throughout the enterprise.

As part of our federal consulting operations, employees may be required to manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must comply with relevant safeguarding and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist CISA in implementing Zero Trust architecture following the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM), DoD Zero Trust Strategy, and NIST SP 800-207.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain Zero Trust policies and standards to ensure uniform implementation across the FCEB community and partner organizations.
  • Oversee the execution and upkeep of CISA's Zero Trust Roadmap, monitor implementation milestones, resolve obstacles, and advance crucial deliverables supporting CISA's cybersecurity mission.
  • Perform assessments of agency systems to uncover capability gaps across Zero Trust pillars: Identity, Device, Network, Application, and Data.
  • Propose actionable remediation strategies for FCEB agencies.
  • Create dashboards, metrics, and reports that convey Zero Trust maturity levels and system risk posture to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with both government and commercial stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive Zero Trust framework aligned with organizational and mission goals.
  • Lead interagency working groups to synchronize Zero Trust efforts, share best practices, and drive coordinated implementation across government and industry partners.
