About the job

Join SteerBridge Strategies, a forward-thinking technology firm dedicated to delivering innovative, mission-driven solutions for the U. S. Government and private sectors. Our team harnesses extensive knowledge in federal acquisition, digital transformation, and cutting-edge technologies to provide agile, commercial-grade capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and achieve significant mission success.

Key Responsibilities: As a critical member of our Cyber Action Team, you will be instrumental in developing Authority to Operate and Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) packages. Collaborating closely with a Cyber Action Team lead, you will conduct cybersecurity work that includes modifying and reviewing existing ATO documentation, while also offering proactive insights into documentation packages. Furthermore, you will identify and document cybersecurity risks and threats, monitor these issues, and escalate them to leadership as needed. You will contribute to cybersecurity artifacts and technical briefings presented to clients, track project-level deliverables such as schedules, artifacts, reports, and metrics, and offer technical expertise to solve complex challenges. Independent problem-solving under general guidance will be crucial, as will the ability to document meeting notes and facilitate action items for mentored team members.
