Hard Skills:Technical degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience in a construction environment is a plus. At least 3 years of installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF, or Telecommunications fields. Familiarity with terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Proven ability to utilize basic hand and power tools necessary for installation tasks. Soft Skills:Flexibility to work varying hours based on customer needs. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fulfilling the construction manager’s vision. Ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to build robust relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Technician in the installation of coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers in line with customer specifications and industry regulations.
  • Install active components following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Participate in safety and hazard training as required, always prioritizing safety at the job site.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on project-related information as needed.
  • Safeguard company materials and tools against theft or loss.
  • Punctually arrive at designated locations.
  • Take initiative and assist as required based on situational needs.
