Hard Skills:Preferred technical degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in a construction environment is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of installation experience within IT, cable, electrical, RF, and/or telecommunications sectors. Familiarity with terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) industry. Demonstrated ability to operate basic hand and power tools essential for installation tasks. Soft Skills:Flexibility in working hours based on customer needs. Team-oriented with a commitment to meeting the goals set by construction managers. Adept at thriving in dynamic and rapidly evolving work environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in building strong relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers.

As a vital member of our team, the DAS Field Technician plays a crucial role in fulfilling our customers' expectations regarding quality, performance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. We seek a high-energy individual eager to learn the trade, deliver impeccable craftsmanship, and demonstrate reliability in both word and deed. Given the visibility of this role to CoServe's end-customers, professionalism and personal presentation are paramount. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong willingness to learn, unwavering reliability, and an aptitude for hands-on technical work.

The ideal candidate will possess genuine experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and a desire to cultivate a long-term career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Technician in the installation of coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes, and couplers as per customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Install active components in alignment with manufacturer’s instructions and industry best practices.
  • Participate in mandatory safety/hazard training and consistently prioritize safety considerations at job sites.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to leadership.
  • Provide regular reports on project-related information as required.
  • Safeguard company materials and tools against theft or loss.
  • Arrive punctually at designated locations.
  • Show initiative and provide assistance as needed based on situational requirements.
