Using a proven methodology and controlled AI, these projects are delivered up to three times faster than traditional approaches. How the Team Works Theodo’s tech community brings together software engineers, tech leads, engineering managers, and architects. Teams form around project needs, combining engineering and product management skills. Collaboration with clients is close and ongoing: teams share updates, deepen their understanding of client challenges, and adapt products to fit user needs. About the Role: Engineering Manager for AI Modernization The Engineering Manager will join the AI Modernization practice in Paris. This role manages up to four tech leads and oversees the success of four projects, working alongside a Group Project Manager. The position involves supporting technical teams, guiding project delivery, and contributing to Theodo’s mission of accelerating legacy system modernization with AI.
