The Catalist Analytics department plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven progressive organizations, enhancing civic participation, and executing effective electoral initiatives. Our team specializes in developing innovative statistical methodologies to address unique challenges such as systematic missing data, latent variable detection, supervised modeling, and unsupervised modeling.
As an integral member of the Analytics team, Analysts are responsible for fulfilling client data requests, contributing to internal research and development efforts, managing data, and translating complex analytics materials into accessible formats for clients. Analysts will also have the opportunity to receive mentorship from senior analytics and technical personnel both within Catalist and through our community and academic partnerships.
This position reports directly to the Deputy Director of Analytics and collaborates closely with the Client Services, Data, and Tech teams.
This position is part of our CWA bargaining unit.
