This position involves close collaboration with diverse teams to establish robust analytics frameworks, generate actionable insights, and steer strategic initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and create comprehensive dashboards, curated datasets, and reporting tools essential for daily operations.
  • Design and maintain analytical data models that facilitate scalable and reliable data analysis.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and subscription metrics to inform decisions across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Create and implement predictive models (e.g., churn risk, customer lifetime value, propensity scoring) and integrate outputs into operational dashboards.
  • Automate regular analyses, segmentation strategies, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Lead initiatives for data unification, including evaluating data sources, strategizing integration, and designing canonical datasets.
  • Contribute to best practices in analytics and data engineering, focusing on documentation, validation, and data quality standards.
