Meet the Reporting and Analytics Team
This team brings together business analysts, data analysts, engineers, Salesforce specialists, and developers who manage Emplifi’s SaaS tools. The group values productivity, creativity, and open communication, with a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. Agile methodologies guide their work, which covers a wide range of challenges: anomaly detection, product configuration, retention forecasting, and analyzing large-scale market trends. The technology stack includes Python, SQL, Tableau, Apache Spark, AWS S3, and PostgreSQL. The team also manages Salesforce for marketing and sales. Technical quality matters, but so does connecting technical solutions to real business needs.
Role Overview: Data Analyst
Data at Emplifi is more than numbers. Insights from data shape decisions across the company. The Data Analyst role calls for someone who is naturally curious, works well independently, and feels responsible for outcomes. This person digs into the reasons behind the data, delivers results that matter, and helps turn information into action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spotting trends in social media data to support global reporting
- Delivering actionable insights to inform business and product strategies
- Supporting client success with prompt, accurate data exports
- Enabling Sales and helping develop the pipeline
- Mastering tools such as Python, Databricks, PySpark, S3, and Airflow
- Working with large datasets in a growing Data Lake
The team works within an Agile (SCRUM) process that encourages experimentation and ongoing learning.
Location
This position is based in the Czech Republic, with options to work from Prague, Pilsen, or Brno.
