THE GAME PLANEvery team member plays a crucial role in our success. Collaborate with analysts to derive insights on customer behavior and business performance trends. Develop and refine models and data visualizations for improved understanding of commercial KPIs. Establish and maintain automated reporting processes accessible to both commercial and group teams. Engage in presentations that leverage analytical findings to promote new business opportunities. Address and fulfill various business inquiries as they arise. THE STATSWhat we seek in our next team member:A minimum of 2 years' experience in an analytics role is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience in data and business analysis. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; experience with Python is a plus. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights. Experience leading smaller projects and collaborating with teams across different time zones is preferred. Interest in iGaming is a plus.
