This position balances customer empathy with analytical precision to implement impactful enhancements throughout the customer journey.Key Responsibilities...Data Analysis & Insight DevelopmentCollaborate with BI and analytics teams to identify, prioritize, and acquire the data analysis necessary to address crucial customer success business inquiries.Examine customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights tied to retention, churn, expansion, and overall customer health.Perform cohort and segmentation analyses to better understand customer behaviors across various product tiers, regions, and segments.Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, including project design, execution, and measurement.Assist team leaders in developing reports on pipeline performance and team productivity metrics.Translate complex data findings into straightforward, actionable recommendations for the Customer Success leadership team.
