Key Responsibilities
Data Exploration & Analysis: Delve into user behaviors, performance metrics, and trends to identify driving factors behind changes.
Opportunity Identification: Detect anomalies and spikes in data, assisting the team in uncovering their underlying causes.
Reporting & Automation: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for reliable data access.
Decision Support: Convert analytical insights into actionable recommendations for product and operational enhancements.
KPI Development: Assist in defining and refining key performance indicators that impact our business and customer experience.
Documentation: Ensure all analyses, methodologies, and assumptions are well-documented and reproducible.
Modeling & Experimentation: Participate in basic modeling tasks and structured experiments with guidance from senior analysts or data scientists.
Continuous Development: Enhance your analytical skills and product understanding through real-world problem-solving and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in analytics, data, or operations (internships included)
Proficient in SQL for dataset querying and exploration
Strong analytical curiosity and a structured approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying insights effectively
Motivated to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting workflows
Genuine interest in fintech, data-driven decision-making, and machine learning concepts
(Bonus) Familiarity with Python for basic data manipulation
