Your Role
As a Data Analytics Consultant at Sia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting data-driven strategies that create tangible value for our clients. Your collaboration with both local and international clients will be essential in aligning business objectives with technical execution.
You will contribute to the delivery of actionable insights and data-driven solutions, presenting findings in a dynamic and accessible manner.
What You Will Do
Engage with stakeholders to define business goals and create solution blueprints through collaborative workshops and mock-ups.
Prepare and validate data, including mapping, extracting, cleaning, enriching, and performing feature engineering to ensure reliable datasets for analysis.
Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and tailored reports that meet specific client needs using advanced visualization tools.
Conduct in-depth statistical analyses and exploratory data investigations to derive actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
Translate intricate technical and analytical results into clear, comprehensible presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, applying innovative methods to elevate our service offerings.
Provide mentorship and support to business users and team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
Within Sia, You Will
Enhance Sia’s Data Science and Generative AI capabilities through internal training sessions, working groups, and publications.
Represent Sia at professional events, contributing to thought leadership via articles, white papers, and webinars.
Support business development by crafting proposals, identifying collaboration opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
