Role
TripleLift, a dynamic startup addressing critical challenges in digital advertising, is on the lookout for a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to enhance our Data Science team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze ad inventory, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide strategic decisions aimed at optimizing revenue and Exchange efficiency. You will also lead and mentor a talented team of data analysts, fostering high performance and innovative thinking.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization, along with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for conveying insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaboration is vital in this position, as you will liaise closely with Product Development, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketplace teams to ensure the integration of data-driven insights into TripleLift's overarching strategy. Your leadership will play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving excellence in data analytics while upholding high standards of analytical rigor within the team.
