About the job

The Role:

As a key member of our team, the Data and Integration Developer will report directly to the Senior Architect. You will be pivotal in ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of our enterprise integration landscape, specifically focusing on B2B and EDI transactions that are crucial to our revenue generation, supply chain operations, and financial processing.

At Kao Corporation, we provide exceptional benefits from your very first day, including comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and a generous total of 36 days off (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick leave). Our salary range for this position is competitive, between $95,000 and $110,000, and we support a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop scalable integration solutions for B2B/EDI transactions (such as X12 850, 810, and 856 and EDIFACT) and partner onboarding. This includes managing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment and ongoing support, alongside project management tasks like scope and schedule oversight.
  • Create and uphold application and data integration platform workflows utilizing Informatica Integration Cloud Solutions (IICS) and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The initial focus will be on B2B/EDI workflows, expanding into Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Data Integration and Replication (CDIR). Ensure data quality, transformation, and mapping efforts across various systems.
  • Engage with various business units (supply chain, sales, finance) and collaborate with internal and external teams to grasp data requirements and convert them into technical solutions, employing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot integration jobs and data flows to maintain optimal reliability and performance, while documenting integration processes, data flows, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and facilitate the advancement of our integration and data platforms.
