Your Role:
The Architecture organization collaborates with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Product teams to create platforms, establish standards, and develop reference architectures that facilitate secure and rapid delivery at scale. As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in structuring, governing, and delivering data across Axi’s technological landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive data platform architecture that encompasses ingestion, storage, processing, and serving layers utilizing Azure Databricks, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake technologies.
- Develop batch, streaming, and real-time data pipelines for trading, risk management, regulatory, and customer data, ensuring clear SLAs and agreements with consumers.
- Implement data governance frameworks including data classification, lineage tracking, quality standards, and compliance/security protocols.
- Create reference architectures and decision frameworks for data-intensive services (OLTP vs OLAP, relational vs NoSQL, batch vs streaming, medallion/lakehouse patterns).
