The Role

As the Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for the complete reliability, safety, capacity, and performance of one of our flagship U. S. locations. You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary operations team and closely collaborate with Design, Build, Network, Security, Capacity Planning, and Data Center organizations to ensure world-class availability and cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing daily data center operations in a 24/7 mission-critical setting.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of 15–20 Data Center Technicians.
  • Supervising installation, troubleshooting, and field change orders.
  • Ensuring timely execution of tasks in line with KPIs and operational goals.
  • Monitoring infrastructure performance, leading troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Owning incident management, including resolutions and post-incident reviews.
  • Planning and executing capacity expansion (rack, block, and site growth).
  • Maintaining physical security, access controls, and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborating across functions with Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Operations.
  • Managing vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Supporting hiring and team scaling initiatives.
