Role Overview:

As a Data Center Technician, you will be the first line of support in our data center operations, tackling incoming technical requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain servers and network equipment, including rack and stack, cabling, and physical device configuration.

  • Address reported issues regarding servers, networks, and infrastructure promptly.

  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal functionality of power, cooling, and other essential services; coordinate maintenance and resolve outages effectively.

  • Conduct hardware diagnostics and replace malfunctioning components swiftly.

  • Coordinate with vendor warranty technicians to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.

  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Manage and document spare parts inventory to ensure readiness.
