Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Multidisciplinary Design Manager with a focus on MEP or Architectural disciplines. Demonstrated success in a Design Management role within the Data Centre sector. Fluency in German and English, both contractually and conversationally. Strong ability to manage a demanding workload and adhere to deadlines. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.

The Design Manager is responsible for identifying the appropriate resources for each project and ensuring competitive bidding and pricing for new opportunities, underlining the necessity for strong Project Management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Management in a fast-paced project environment within the German market.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary cross-regional teams specializing in CSA and MEP.
- Support commercial and technical bids for multidisciplinary opportunities with key clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal and local regulatory governance throughout the bidding and project delivery stages.
