Role Overview
This remote position is open to candidates residing in the US and authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to applicants located in states where Builder Prime already has a presence: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. While this is a remote role, Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster) where the majority of the sales team operates.
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess advanced technical skills in SQL, data transformation pipelines, and modern cloud data platforms. You will be instrumental in developing the critical data infrastructure that supports our analytics and business intelligence efforts, solving complex technical problems related to both real-time streaming and batch data architectures.
This position provides a collaborative, remote-friendly environment where data quality and reliability are of utmost importance. You will be part of a team that values technical curiosity, methodical problem-solving, and the ability to find a balance between practical solutions and technical excellence. We seek an individual who has strong technical capabilities and can effectively communicate intricate concepts, contributing to our modern data stack with innovative tools.
This role will report directly to our Staff Data Engineer within the Engineering team.
