A Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Finance.1-3 years of experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud, or Software Engineering. Proficient in Python, with a solid foundation in additional programming languages. Familiarity with at least one SQL database management system (preferably PostgreSQL) and ideally NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience with cloud service platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is preferred, with a willingness to learn more about these technologies. Comfortable with Docker and CI/CD automation; eagerness to learn Kubernetes if not already experienced. Ability to work within a DevOps culture, taking ownership of the code lifecycle from development through deployment and maintenance.

As a Data Engineer Consultant, you will engage in various client projects and collaborate with our French Data Engineering team to develop our cutting-edge Sia AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing cloud architectures on platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure, focusing on storage & compute services, cost optimization, role management, and Infrastructure as Code.
Implementing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications tailored to Data Science workloads.
Developing Python-based server-side tools, including bulk data processing and REST API servers.
Managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications and platforms, supporting Data Science projects at client sites.
Creating ETL scripts to establish efficient data pipelines in Big Data environments.
Monitoring technologies and implementing Machine Learning solutions that enhance the capabilities of Data Scientists in model development and deployment.
