Proficient in AWS, Palantir Foundry, and Databricks data engineering capabilities, particularly regarding system interfaces. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining automated data pipelines and monitoring systems. Experience in supervising or leading technical team members. Ability to thrive in a client-facing environment. Must be able to commute to San Antonio or reside within commuting distance.

The Role: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of automated, real-time, self-healing data pipelines across various platforms while overseeing metadata repositories.
  • Implement systems for automated error detection and alerting to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist client and delivery teams in integrating AI and other automation strategies.
  • Oversee monitoring and maintenance of data pipelines, swiftly addressing data discrepancies.
  • Manage a small team (2–3 members), including both local and remote personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to automate enterprise data pipelines and uphold data quality.
  • Engage in client-facing roles, guiding technical discussions and ensuring timely delivery.
