Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and address data quality issues through Slack, ClickUp, and Jira. Investigate discrepancies by querying source data in Snowflake. Document root causes and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams. Maintain a well-defined work queue with prioritized tasks and adhere to SLAs. Conduct QA testing on Domo dashboards and data flows prior to release. Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across BI outputs. Document and report discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes. Assist in regression testing for changes in upstream data models. Develop and maintain QA testing summaries for completed cycles. Track tasks in ClickUp and Jira with clear status updates. Contribute to the creation of QA runbooks, checklists, and escalation procedures. Communicate findings clearly to analysts and stakeholders. Collaborate with analysts to understand reporting requirements and expected behaviors. Escalate complex or systemic issues to senior data engineering members. Participate in team standups and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. RequirementsBasic proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY, and aggregate functions). Ability to analyze large datasets and identify patterns or anomalies. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Domo preferred or similar). Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, ClickUp, or similar). Strong written communication skills for documenting findings. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential. Preferred SkillsExperience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses. Familiarity with DBT (data build tool) concepts. Experience in the e-commerce industry. Knowledge of Amazon Retail or Marketplace analytics. Snowflake SnowPro Core certification is a plus.
