About the Role
The Data Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the firm’s data platform, which underpins our data integration, analytics, governance, and advanced insights initiatives. This position, based in India, will support our global operations and work closely with stakeholders and technology teams across the US, UK, and India.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data pipeline engineering, data modeling, cloud-based data architecture, and governance-aware design. The Data Engineer will be tasked with building and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT processes, designing data warehouse and data lake architectures, and ensuring the integrity, security, and analytics readiness of data across core systems such as Salesforce, Certinia, ERP systems, Microsoft data platforms, and other enterprise applications.
This role also involves supporting data transformation initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem, including platforms like Microsoft Dataverse and related Microsoft data services, enabling seamless integration across operational systems, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
As the firm advances its data ecosystem, this position serves as a foundational engineering role with significant growth potential. The Data Engineer is expected to actively contribute to solution design, recommend scalable architectural decisions, and ensure that our data solutions align with security, compliance, and long-term strategic goals.
