About the Role
In this pivotal role at Solace, you will help build the data infrastructure that drives patient outcomes. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will take on multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a Data Engineer who excels at solving complex challenges with clean and maintainable code, and who thrives in a high-growth startup culture.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing the architecture that supports our scalability goals. You will play a crucial role in developing our data platform, establishing frameworks, standards, and best practices that will shape our engineering ethos for years to come. Your contributions will ensure that our data is not only accessible but also trustworthy, reliable, and actionable, from raw data ingestion to sophisticated modeling.
What You’ll Do
Design Scalable Data Pipelines: Create, build, and enhance scalable data pipelines utilizing Airflow, Python, dbt, and Snowflake, transitioning from fragile manual processes to robust, automated workflows.
Manage Infrastructure as Code: Oversee and evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with Terraform, ensuring security, reproducibility, and scalability of our platform.
