Key Responsibilities
As the Data Engineering Lead, you serve as the technical backbone of our global data infrastructure. You will build and manage the foundational systems that underpin our entire data strategy, encompassing everything from data pipelines to warehouses. You will lead a dynamic team of data engineers and collaborate closely with the Global Analytics Lead and the Data Product Manager.
Design, develop, and maintain our global data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines, establishing benchmarks for agency-wide data capabilities.
Guide and mentor your team of data engineers in best practices surrounding code quality, documentation, and system reliability, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
Act as the technical partner to the Global Analytics Lead, converting analytical visions into scalable, automated production models.
Collaborate with the Data Product Manager to ensure our internal data products are driven by efficient, high-performance, and cost-effective data streams.
