Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of data in analytical and decision-making environments. Technical Leadership and MentoringMentor and enhance the skills of team data engineers. Promote best practices in data engineering, governance, and security. Collaborate with data scientists on advanced initiatives, particularly in agent design. Participate in technological monitoring and defining technical directions for the data platform. Your Technical Skills:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in data management or data architecture, along with previous management experience.
