RequirementsAs a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of data engineers, ensuring the successful execution of data projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around three key dimensions:Operational and Agile LeadershipFacilitate and guide development sprints within an agile framework. Plan, prioritize, and monitor deliverables. Collaborate closely with the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and departments to prioritize the backlog. Provide regular activity reports to the Digital Factory Manager. Data Coordination and IntegrationOversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend, Glue, and DBT. Ensure the effective feeding of the data lake (S3) and data warehouse (Snowflake). Coordinate data integration requirements with various business units. Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of data in analytical and decision-making environments. Technical Leadership and MentoringMentor and enhance the skills of team data engineers. Promote best practices in data engineering, governance, and security. Collaborate with data scientists on advanced initiatives, particularly in agent design. Participate in technological monitoring and defining technical directions for the data platform. Your Technical Skills:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in data management or data architecture, along with previous management experience.
